Summary

FundamentalRadar requires no sign-up, creates no account, collects no name, email, tax id or phone number, and neither sells nor shares personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

What stays in your browser

Your watchlist and your language and layout preferences are stored only in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to the server, are not accessible to us, and disappear when you clear the site's data.

We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies.

What the server logs

Like any web server, the infrastructure records technical access data — IP address, timestamp, requested resource and browser identification — to operate the service, diagnose failures and enforce the request limit that keeps the site available.

The IP address is also used, transiently and in memory, as the key for that request limit. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of keeping the service running and protected from abuse.

These records are not combined with any personal data, because we hold none, and are not used to build behavioural profiles.

Market data

The data shown is public information about companies, funds and market indicators. Where it concerns individuals — for example insider transactions disclosed to the market — it is information the regulators themselves publish under legal transparency obligations, reproduced with a link to the official filing.

Your rights

Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) grants rights of access, correction and deletion. In practice, since we keep no account and no profile, there is no personal data of yours in our custody to access or delete beyond the technical access records described above.
